Customized & Personalized Items
All custom and personalized products are made to order based on the information and approvals you provide. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
Customer spelling or personalization errors
Incorrect sizes, colors, or options selected during checkout
Design approvals that were confirmed before production
Change-of-mind purchases after production has started

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
